We have been using Eric for I want to say 6 years now and he and his staff take such good care of us. They keep their appts, and text if they’re running late. If I text Eric with a question, I usually always get a call back instead with an explicit explanation. He always wants to make sure I understand. Such a kind hearted person who does his best to please.
Not being from here, I am not familiar with the grasses. I struggled for the first few years and Eric always came to the rescue. Eric has made my grass look like a golf course. My trees and shrubs are very well taken care of also. He’s given us great advice on different types of trees and where to plant them. He’s also given us great contacts for an arborist and a lawn plugging and drainage specialist.
Several years ago, we were hit with armyworms and Eric was here quickly to get it stopped. We’ve also been hit with aphids on our crêpe myrtles and he’s right here taking care of them. This company is a keeper. Eric is a great person to work with and so knowledgeable. He cares!

Started off great, but I just cancelled my service with them because they should've serviced my lawn, trees and shrubs twice by now but haven't and my lawn is full of weeds. Their service started great with me in 2022. In December 2023 I paid them late with a check mailed to their P.O. Box. I paid them late because it seemed their service wasn't working as well on my lawn as it had the last year. They said my check never arrived and that they had trouble getting their mail at that address. I had to send them another check. It's now April 22, 2024 and they normally would have serviced my lawn, trees and shrubs twice by now. But they have not visited me even though they said that I was on their schedule. Now my lawn looks horrible (see pic). My neighbor across the street uses them. I've seen E-Greenleaf service my neighbor, but pass me up. My neighbor's lawn looks pretty good. I tried calling E-Greenleaf and it goes straight to voicemail. I recommend choosing a different service since theirs seems to dwindle after the first year.
