On the 2 occasions that I went to this T Mobile location, I was greeted by the staff and assisted beyond my expectations. I was helped by Frankie G both instances, and he was very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I was distraught about my phone not working properly. I was concerned that I would lose all of my current information on my phone, and he was able to fix the problem and much more. Firstly, Frankie showed me how to back up all of my photos/videos, which freed up more than 80g of memory ?. This was one of my problems, and it was causing issues with low memory. He also assisted me with some other applications and getting a new phone as well. He took his time in transferring all of my data even on Christmas Eve. He knew how important it was for me not to lose all of my precious memories, numbers, applications, and information. This meant alot to me, and I'm certain that he does the same for all of your customers as well. He is an asset to your company, and I truly appreciate his kind, well-informed, and expert help. He even showed me the new Meta AI glasses, which I'm seriously looking at purchasing in the future. I felt inclined to leave a review because I don't believe that good service always receives the applause it deserves. I asked for a card in hopes that I would receive a review and could tell you about my experience. You have a great crew, and he truly helped make my Christmas much merrier by helping with my phone. Our phones are so much more than just a device at this point in time, and hold our entire lives in the palm of our hands. I was recently contemplating checking other offers with competitors and switching mobile carriers. However, this experience has made it clear to stay with T-mobile. I appreciate the time and patience he took to help me and wanted you to know he's awesome. Thanks T-mobile!

Robert is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and always smiling. I love walking in to the store and seeing him as he makes the whole experience, regardless of how stressful my problem is to me, easy, enjoyable and stress free.

I'm only doing 1 star because Google makes you select at least one but the service provided to my mother by Rick is worth negative stars. This associate was extremely rude to her and kept saying he had to get home to his wife and it was too late, he was annoyed he had to make a sale and help a customer because he couldn't leave on time, he must be new in sales. She was there an hour before closing its not like she walked in 5 min before closing. He wanted her to leave her phone so he could go home and finish it tomorrow, as if anyone would leave their phone behind with some stranger to possibly steal her information. He didn't go over the phones warranty (which I'm sure he upsold her on, and didn't even give her a bag to put her new 1300 phone in or her receipt. ) I'm a sales manager at a dealer and I would not have an associate like this working for me. She says the supervisor wasn't any better. I'm a T-Mobile customer and I will never go to that store, I'll make sure no one at my dealer does either. Not for that service. He knew his service was so bad he didn't even give her a business card for referral business. yikes.

Matt and Dominic are the best in the industry, I live in Ft Laud but my dad in cape always walks in for phone help and walks out raving about them. I stopped by while visiting to do a warranty exchange and they were quick with it! Even help me uncover opportunities to save money on my bill

This store is awesome. They helped us transfer all our information from an old IPhone to a new one(ok, we’re old!). Then they helped me get my iPhone work with my car by giving me a cable. They are well staffed and we were served immediately. Thank you Diana!!

Have been attempting to switch cell phone companies to T-mobile for a couple weeks. They do not train their representatives properly. They also do not give their representatives access to all the info they need to properly do their jobs. This is not the fault of the employee, it is the fault of T-mobile. If T-mobile is interested in gaining and retaining customers, they have to properly train and inform their representatives. As an authorised user on the account, I should be able to go into any T-mobile store and look at my service and who is included in my family plan. The representatives in this store were unable to give me any information, save for the spoof phone numbers that are holding our places until everyone switches their numbers over. Not helpful.

Initially I visited the T-mobile store on Hancock and was asked to wait for a rep to assist on upgrading my phones. I waited for an 1hr to then be told that the phones were not in stock. I asked the representative if she would be so kind and check the inventory on another store. She said she could not but she could order the phones to be shipped to my home. I smelled commission vibes hence why she did not want to call another store for inventory. I didn’t get a helpful personality to begin with.

Since I was on a mission to get my phone upgrades, I left that store and called a nearby store. A rep by the name of Kathy answered and confirmed she had the phones in stock. I arrived at the location and met with Kathy. What a helpful person Kathy was from the first hello. She was very informative and possessed great customer service. She got all the data on the phones transferred and phones ready to use immediately. The manager at that location was very helpful as well. Didn’t get his name. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Kathy!

Overall I had a good experience setting up my phone and it was an easy transition to sign up with t-mobile. However… the man I was working with neglected to tell me that he added on a $19 a month protection plan which he didn’t even ask for my consent if I wanted. He did know that a flat rate price of $90 was important to me, so I’m annoyed when I see my bill of $109 after he told me I would only pay $90 a month with no extra fees….. a little dishonest if you ask me.
