Unacceptable and Unethical – My Disheartening Experience with Ingenuity Technologies Limited

I am writing this review not just as a former freelancer, but as someone who has been deeply wronged and disrespected by Ingenuity Technologies Limited

For months, I worked diligently, expecting basic fairness in return – my hard-earned pay. Instead, I was met with a series of unfulfilled promises and excuses. The financial strain and emotional toll of not receiving my pay were immense, impacting not just me but my family’s wellbeing.

To those considering employment with Ingenuity Technologies Limited
, please be wary. the company fails at the most basic level – to pay its employees for their labor. I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone.

A Call for Accountability
This isn’t just about me. It’s about every employee/freelancer who’s been left in the lurch. Ingenuity Technologies Limited
needs to be held accountable for their actions. Non-payment of salaries is not just unethical, it’s illegal, and it reflects a company that lacks basic moral and professional integrity.

Final Thoughts
No job should leave you feeling exploited and voiceless. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale and spurs Ingenuity Technologies Limited to make immediate changes. Employees deserve respect, transparency, and, most importantly, their hard-earned wages.

A general unpleasant experience. Unsuccessful attempts were made to intimidate employees. This was obviously not appreciated or tolerated and caused much friction.

For growth of this company I recommend radical change in the way employees are treated. Employees are internal customers who are essentially the backbone of the business. With this done, there may even be the possibility of a sense of loyalty to the company.

Fortunately, ITL contracted it's staff to companies where we were able to grow and make much progress and move on.
