I just bought a vape from the shop. I paid for it and then opened it in front of them. It was an empty one and I asked for a new one. He tried it and told me it was working perfectly fine and did not let me change it. He was really rude and didn’t listen to me at all. I couldn’t use it since it dried up my mouth. I had to throw it right away when I reach home. I feel really robbed.

I can understand if I returned it after a long while but right after I bought it…wasn’t fair at all.

This place is fabulous! I went and was served by Raven, and he couldn’t have been nicer. Very knowledgeable and caring to me, someone who is new to vaping. He explained everything, and shared how to take advantage of the discounts they offer. My new go to place. Thank you Raven!

Came and bought a mod and juice from here and Teresa was the only person working and was so patient explaining which mod would be best suited for me and the difference between salt juice and regular juice! I left not feeling dumb about my lack of knowledge and that I could come here not be judged! Oh… and she was like mad pretty… Please have Teresa send me a fax ?
