Lorenzo at 96hwy and rock rd was the best associate, he went above and beyond figuring out our account and getting us set up and whichever over from a different carrier. If something could have went wrong to make it difficult it did and Lorenzo didn't take no for an answer and kept working until he got it figured out. Recommend this store and Lorenzo. Won't use another store but this one.

I was a loyal Sprint customer but due situations bI had to move from Sprint to ATT. Nothing against Sprint.
But ATT has a better price plan when u use the phone and internet combo. I do live in an Apt and that was my only choice when I moved in, but they were able to cut my phone cost and internet substantially!!
Now I had to get a new phone and Jared was so easy to work with. And on another note, he did not kid me or laugh about the condition of my last phone. I had abused it and the Otter Box so bad that I didn’t have either left!!!! Sadly I'm that person. ?

The employee gave us completely incorrect information and acted like he knew everything so confidently. He was rude, accused my mother of fraud because her husband had died. Suggested that all our service would be disconnected and take 30-60 days to recover. But then we called customer service, went to another store and had the entire issue resolved the same day.

In the meantime he told us that the only way forward was with a new line of service and phone when it turns out none of that was true.

As a well known software engineer with advanced degrees from Baylor, he condescended to us like we were somehow dumb.

As a level 7 google guide in the area I will be reviewing this location poorly

I spent 5 months trying to resolve an email issue with another company. Transferred my business to AT&T and it was fixed immediately and thoroughly. No more worries and aggravation, but -peace of mind to know when I need help, I will get the best from the staff at the AT&T on 3300 and Rock.

First, our representative was very informative and efficient. He seemed to genuinely care that we not only had all the information that we needed but also that we would get the very latest in services and the very best prices available

We visited to add 3 new phones & lines to our business and were very appreciative that he provided us with an actual quote of the final charges, not only at check-out but also the upcoming monthly charges.
While the 30+ minute wait was a bit long, it was understandable due to previous customers that seemingly couldn't make up their mind. Even as such, I noticed that all of the representatives were patient, understanding and congenital with the clients, something that we strive for in our business as well, and look for in companies that we deal with.

Good customer service from representative working. However, the solution to the issue was not a fix. I still had to call tech support and spent another 1 hour on the phone after being in the store and told it was fixed.
