Im Markt ist uns mit den Kindern leider eine teure Flasche Wein zerbrochen. Ich habe es gemeldet, mit aufwischen geholfen und sollte erst doch den vollen Preis bezahlen... der Marktleiter bestand am Ende nach Verhandlung auf der Hälfte des Kaufpreises... Gerade mit Kindern kann so etwas mal passieren. Kundenservice sieht da meiner Meinung nach etwas anders aus. Schade, sonst sind wir eigentlich zufrieden dort. Mit Kindern würde ich den Laden eher meiden!

Absolut empfehlenswert, toller Service! Ich brauchte eine Flasche Sekt. Per Telefon hatte mich eine Verkäuferin beraten, sie suchte den passenden Sekt aus. Ich fragte noch, ob sie ihn in den Kühlschrank legen kann. Nachmittags holte ich den Sekt dann ab, gut gekühlt, er war für ein Geburtstag. Hier ist der Kunde noch König, tolles Geschäft!

Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service. Große Auswahl aber nicht immer alle Sorten vorrätig! Pfandrückgabe ist auch bei speziellen Sorten unkompliziert, allerdings wird bei größeren Mengen eine persönliche Unterschrift gefordert!
