I had a very poor experience with Dr. Nguyen. I was sent to her after having ongoing unsolved stomach issues and had two visits with her.
-She took over two days to send in a prescription.
-She took several days to submit a request to have me put on the schedule for a CT
-After said CT was completed, she did not call with results for over two weeks, I finally had to call and still waited several days for a response.
**She also told me the way she makes money is on scans like these, which was extremely unprofessional to begin with, but she highly recommended I do this CT scan, and then nothing was found on it, so I had this expensive CT scan for nothing. Glad she made money off it though

I could forgive that if she was a caring medical professional, but unfortunately, she was also very difficult to work with.
-She did not take my concerns seriously and was dismissive of anything I said regarding my issue.
-No matter what I said, she would disagree (which is fine, we don't have to agree, but she is capable of communicating disagreements like an adult and she chose not to do so)
-She was very condescending and blatantly rude.

I honestly thought I must've accidentally offended her somehow because of how terrible she was treating me, it shocked me that a doctor would act that way.
I would love to include something positive, but there are none. Do not recommend this provider.

Ok, so Dr. Nguyen is a good doctor, not much of a listener she comes in and she tells you what’s going on but doesn’t listen too much, to what you have to say or feeling I don’t know it that’s how she do her routine or what. But honestly I have been misled by this office you have to call a couple times to get through to the nurse I recently saw a nurse practitioner there I believe Wednesday she was pretty detailed but was straight faced no greeting's or anything she told me I had internal hemorrhoids which is crazy because Nguyen never told me that. Very frustrating. now she was suppose to put in a prescription for me but never did so I called and left a message for Nguyens nurse she called back today and was ASKING ME !!! If I knew what prescription that nurse practitioner was suppose to put in! Like isn’t that something that should’ve been written down or discussed I don’t know if it’s because I’m African American and have medicaid they careless for me but I won’t be going back at all I don’t feel secure at all with them. I found another doctor today and they was amazingly helpful and supportive.

I was a new patient referred to her by my PCP. The worst experience ever! From the moment she walked in to the moment she left it was nothing less than a horrible experience! The fact that I even had to get loud and mad because instead of her listening to me and my symptoms she just kept questioning everything I said which I truly don’t even understand why. At the end of the day I wouldn’t have came here if my doctor and I didn’t feel like it was needed! She showed ZERO interest in anything I had to say! Im definitely not going back and made sure to let my doctor know!

Dr. Nguyen treated my dad and we were both very impressed with her. She took the time to go over test results of tests she hadn't even ordered, she listened to his symptoms, and really spent time getting his entire history. Great doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen was absolutely amazing. She was caring and took the time to look over everything before she even came in the room to speak with me. Once she came in the room she made sure to go in depth with everything. Thank you for being a caring doctor!
