Staff are awesome! Haven't had any problems except for I bought 2 vapes from the discount section 2 for 20, and one is literally a dud so I might as well say I threw 10$ in the garbage. Keep in mind when I hit it in the store it hit once then nothing. Also there's no reimbursement on these.

There are 2 vape shops in Andalusia.
Ive walked in both.
This one has great customer service all the employees there know their stuff,friendly,and responsive.
I've spent hundreds there buying everything I need without complaint prices are normal. They will order stuff for you and send you a text if they can swing it. All in all great service I appreciate it 10/10!
I drive an hour from home to go there instead of going the opposite way I'd check it out.

I love this shop. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Autumn and Ayla really make sure to have everything you need in stock. The store is kept clean and always smells amazing. If ever you have an issue the girls are sure to get you taken care of. Ayla goes above and beyond when assisting someone. She asks lots of questions to ensure she fully understands what you're wanting. She is more than willing to help and teach any newbie vapors. You can tell she enjoys educating the customers. The girls really care about and value the customers and always make you feel at home. By far the best shop I've ever been to.

Update: I originally left this review two years ago and this is still my favorite shop and we still love Autumn and Ayla! The customer service has stayed consistently great and they always have a wide variety of fairly priced juices. 10/10 recommend.

This is by far my fave shop and I don’t mind driving 45 minutes ever to visit it. Autumn is very knowledgeable about products and will go out of her way to make sure they have your favorite juice. She’s been wonderful to us the entire time they’ve been open and honestly they’re the best shop I’ve been to thus far. Great selection, great prices and she really gets to know what you like so when she recommends something it’s always spot on. The shop is fantastic and we adore Autumn! Whether you’re a novice new to vaping or an old pro this shop will have what you need.

I have used this vape store for a while and was always helpful. Recently I decided to upgrade the vape I had and I wanted to stick with salt nic. The lady that helped me pick a vape told me that that It worked with salt nic. I pitched a new vape and juice and not even 2 days after that my vape started popping and gurgling. I took it back up there and had to purchase a smaller coil wattage. Got home and it continued to do the same thing brought it back and they will not refund me my money and said I had to purchase regular juice. I will not be back to this vape shop ever again. That was very unprofessional and bad business.

They have a very wide selection of juices to track. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful as far as getting you with the right equipment for whatever type of Vape you have. And the prices are reasonable compared to what you could get if you ordered online. I really love this store myself personally. Try to make it a point to go every few weeks or so they always have new juices coming in.
