Great Prices & Selection! However, besides not listening or understanding what you are telling them, they sell you a defective product & hide behind a flawed policy, it gets annoying. I'm a regular customer for over a year. I buy 3 @ a time usually. My second vape (GeekBar Strawberry \ Mango) tastes not correct & is burning 5 times the normal rate. I usually go thru 10% juice or so a day on Turbo, which takes a week or so to finish. It went thru 50% juice in a day! I explain this to the guy. He asks for me to take a pull, which I do. Everything seems fine. He then tests my battery for some reason ? (if battery wasn't working, they swap it out, it happened once before). Then says it was bought more than 10 days ago & their policy is for only 10 days. I explain that opening & testing each one, then allowing them to sit until actually used (a few weeks possibly) is not reasonable, they get opened as they get used. Plus, I couldn't realize it was, besides not tasting correct, burning faster unless I used it for a while, which ended up being a day. He then says "At least your battery works". Basically stating, enjoy continuing to use a defective product, for as long as it lasts. Thanks for the insult. Again, the reason they are not swapping it is because it works, (horribly) & more importantly was purchased more than 10 days ago. They ID'd me & saw it was definitely purchased there. I even brought the box with me so they would have manufacturer batch info in case other people have similar issues. Pictures included down below. I ended up wasting my time there twice, second time leaving the vape & box there because I felt it was dangerous. Realized after first visit, it was getting stuck on intermittently, which I would consider dangerous. Possibly could cause a fire, in my opinion. I also wanted their quality guy check it out. Didn't take my info because I wouldn't be able to get a replacement, too long. They couldn't care less. Buyer Beware! Policy has a huge flaw! If you expect people to open a sealed package to test a product you are not going to use for weeks, that's ridiculous. Moral of the story, we have to inconvenience ourselves by only buying one @ a time. Test within a week, preferably right when you buy it. Usually no issues, but if you wait & it's defective, too bad. You Lose! Honestly, that takes away from the savings I get by not having to travel there for every one. They've lost my loyalty. I exclusively bought from them. Now I'll be searching for alternative places to go, probably much closer to where I live. Also, phone goes to some office now, not the store. Great for not being able to get quick, easy info without going to store. Directly to voicemail the weekend I tried calling.

Do not order from these people, the vapes they sale are contaminated and when I contacted support they said it was a customer preference not a defect in product. No question their products cause harm and I'm sure they will try to hide their scam with promotions and marketing but don't fall for it . The flavors are so sweet ,they are sickening to ingest. Specifically the geekbar brand but most of these products are made in the same place. Now I'm stuck with three vapes that I can't enjoy one , I'm even frightened to try and two which are left at over 50

I ordered nearly $200 worth of supplies to follow the tracking on UPS to find out that they (UPS) pulled it from transit half way because they said it had a counterfeit tracking number. Whitehorse Vapor never responded other than to tell me to place another order. Very suspicious. So now I’m out the money I spend. Be very cautious y’all!

This place is excellent! Their customer service is phenomenal and was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business! So much so that even tho it was about two months since I last visited them I still remembered to come back here and leave them the review they deserve. Great job Whitehorse vapor! Other companies should be more like you!! Will be back soon!

I ordered twice from the online store. Shipping 3-5 days. Great assortment of flavors & brands to choose from. Ships to MA. Prices are very cheap compared to the smoke shops in the area- about $10 less. My new go to shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
